Antiozone wax grades ( K TOMER R & K STOFF R ) protect rubber products from ozone cracking and weathering by forming a protective film on the rubber surface. They also improve compound flow, enhance processing performance, and assist in the migration of antiozonants and antioxidants to the rubber surface for long-term durability.

Peptizer grades ( K TOMER F50A , K TOMER F60T , K TOMER P89 & K TOMER R11 ) help reduce the viscosity of natural rubber during mastication, enabling faster softening and improved processability. They reduce mixing time, lower energy consumption, improve filler dispersion, and enhance production efficiency in rubber compounding operations.

Mould release grades ( K TOMER W 16 & K TOMER W 42 ) minimize sticking of rubber compounds to molds, rotors, rolls, and calender surfaces. They improve demolding efficiency, reduce surface defects, enhance product finish, and increase productivity during molding and extrusion operations.

Processing aid grades ( K TOMER W 212 , W 222 , W 215 , FAST FLOW SG , FLOWAX BLK & FLOWAX R 60 ) improve compound flow, filler dispersion, lubrication, and scorch safety during mixing and processing. They reduce compound viscosity, shorten mixing cycles, improve surface appearance, and enhance extrusion, calendering, and molding performance.

Antitack grades ( AKLEEF 4555 & 6575 ) prevent freshly processed rubber sheets from sticking together during batch-off and storage operations. They provide excellent release properties, reduce dust formation, improve handling efficiency, and keep processing equipment cleaner.
